I think money is important, I’ve probably listened to over 5,000 hours of discussion on the concept of money, plus large parts of my books shelves are dedicated to the subject and still maintain that it isn’t the solution to all the world’s problems. Many of them yes, all of them no.

I agree. Money isn't the solution to all of the world's problems. Like you alluded to, we do live in a system of rewards. So it does have a big impact.
