This is so beautiful. Nobody has been able to articulate #rulesnotrulers, as you did here. Everyone has something to contribute, some more than others. We are all just a different form of neuron, within ecosystems of neurons, all with our own contributions. Superiority complexes are narcissism. Narcissism is to humanity what Alzheimer's is to the Brain. Broken neurons breaking neurons with dominance and power plays. It stagnates our evolutionary capacity and perpetuates a culture of ignorance. Changing the culture of narcissism requires education and awareness of the old way. The way things were done before there were kings and false idols. You articulated the mechanism by which the dev community has blossomed ecosystems at lightning speed with precision verbiage: merit-based leadership equality through the natural order of things.
