Same. I hardly see movies in the theater anymore but my kids really wanted to see the Mario movie. I had to redownload the app and reset my password. It was super confusing to navigate their website. I can’t believe people put up with this crap. And that’s before the surcharges and popcorn price gouging even kicks in.
