I tried looking for a youtube video or podcast interview with the author but didn't find anything. I often will try to check out something like that before digging into a book. If you are aware of any resources like that, I would be interested to have a listen. Based on the book's description, I can see why you asked about it. He's doing the same thing, trying to bridge science with spirituality. An idea whose time has come cannot be stopped :)
