I'm against any regulation in general. A free society would sort this kind of stuff out on their own. But tells you everything about this guy if he thinks having child porn on your devices is fine. WTF.

Vitalik advocates that the laptop hard drive should have the same rights as the ideas in your mind. But, again, if CSAM is in your mind, one should delete it, not access it, overwrite it.
