Hi Joe. I have tried it yes. It suffers from the same inherent problem of being centrally controlled, so in time will likely become like the others.
When I’m on there too, it often just feels like everyone promoting themselves in a vacuum with very little community. I could be wrong, but that was my experience.
The nice thing about nostr is it’s growing all the time. At the moment most apps operate like Twitter. But there’s also apps that look like YouTube and Instagram and you sign in with your same account/keys. Basically, one account for multiple uses and we control our own data.
