“Wokeness” is not new. Read “The Abolition of Man,” written by CS Lewis over 80 years ago. Quite interesting….

I remember studying some of his stuff in high school. The Jesuits really liked him.
Right now I’m finishing off Muraresku’s Immortality Key. As a Phish fan, the psychedelic subject may be interesting to you.
I’m pretty sure his research on ancient psychedelics explains why halos are a part of religious depictions.
His fellow Inkling, Owen Barfield was a student of Rudolf Steiner. He had other Inklings who would into Tarrot, Kabbalah, and more. Lewis packed a lot more into his books than you know. The Jesuits are also responsible for a major portion of the foundation of Dr Gilbert’s work. Incase you think about diving back into his books for fun. The Space Trilogy are some of my favorites but I’ve yet to read a Lewis book that wasn’t great.
The final book in the space trilogy is also quite relevant for understanding what’s going on with AI as well.
