The other day I was telling my normie friends that we can’t wait for a solution to come from the State, for that ‘good politician who really cares’, and I compared doing so to the peasant who secretly celebrated the death of a bad king, hoping the next one would be better; or to the slave sold to a new master, hoping he would beat him with a more humane touch. After many messages exchanged they all confessed they had little hope for mankind, and generally thought of humanity as inherently bad or, if capable of both good and bad, as violence and evil winning in the long run. That’s when I realised what the orange pill does to one. Instant hope in humanity, instant hope for the future.
