Yes - genuenly liking it. Just went through the settings and stuff. So far, I have found nothing to complain about. Even my favorite pet-peeve, ctrl+enter to send a note (i hate having to mouse around to find that dumb button, mainly because i use a fullscreen magnifier to aide my visual impairment, and so just having a shortcut saves me SO MUCH time - and, its here, and i love it!)
Thats the thing, Ditto checks all my boxes. xD But, for completeness' sake: - Clean sidebar (Ditto's is by default AND customizeable) - Show me my follows first and foremost BUT give me access to more feeds (Ditto shows a Global tab by default) - Settings that matter first, settings for nerds last. In Ditto, you find the nerdy things in Advanced, like NWC. Good, this is perfect. The rest is very well documented and has good descriptions. - Don't burn my eyes; dark mode. Ditto is dark by default - or, it may just be respecting my OS theme. Either way, I like that a lot. I kinda wish the notification view as a little more compact, but that is definitively a nitpick at best and most - I personally like Primal's presentation here the most. But I absolutely miss Snort's little "interaction chart". Nerdy shit though, but I liked number go up lol. x) That said...that's really it. Fascinated this finally exists and I am soooo curious to read the code for that because I noticed my extension asked for a couple of things - I would love to know how profile fields are implemented (stored in what kind) and some of the custom props like theme and such are stored. Probably lists, makes sense, but I'll have to dig in with NAK at some point to see them. For now? I am just fkn happy XD
