Could someone help me setup a "zap splitter" or something with an LN address/LNURL, that works as a deposit address, but any incoming funds are split up evenly and auto-forwarded to 15 other LNURLs?

I don’t think there’s a great way to currently do this because all the LNURLs can have different routing fees. Also, some of the split payments could fail. LNbits has a spilt payments plug-in, but I think it works much better if you give each user a wallet on your LNbits server and split the payments to each wallet instead of forwarding to LNURLs.

This is how I was going to suggest to do it as well.
Another workaround is a "split and forward" option the #Amethyst client has.

No, we stopped it due to lack of use. But you can run it yourself:
