Lol do you think there's a standard issue immigration experience? I'm sure you or your family faced some discrimination and unfair judgment, but do you REALLY think black people are treated no differently? Did you have the legality of your residence routinely questioned like the Haitians are currently experiencing? Did you have the most wild, utterly unsubstantiated, batshit crazy accusations leveled at you and broadcast on a national stage? Somehow, I doubt it.
