Thanks God! I am seriously afraid of those that do follow the old texts.

Believing in God goes beyond the holy books. Many people that follow the scriptures are horrible people. (Not all of them of course). God didn’t write anything neither taught anyone to hate or to discriminate-this is human behaviour.
