The leadership is a bunch of actors not thinkers that are following direction of the rich class there and all those rich elites are just following the people and American institutions that are majority shareholders in their perspective wealth. Europes problem has always been that the elites see themselves as nobility something deserving more always than the peasants and that their will is greater than the plurality of the people.
