I was like this already before AI hit the world. Then I realized that all AI articles are is automated walls of text. It was pretty easy to fold that into my existing heuristic. Not all human thought is worth paying attention to. And I think that's always been the case. Not even all of my own thoughts are worth paying attention to. Some might say that no thoughts are worth paying attention to. And they are who we call wise.
