Weβre going to take a percentage of each subscription for hosting the content + the relay. We have a few other ideas to monetize eventually but thats the main one.

V4V, sats for hosting content, that is totally fair. I like @Mazin idea. If you don't like the terms, too expensive, whatever, then you are free to host your own solution. Nostr is great that way.
Makes sense #[2]β, like Substack also. Just an idea but like Substack it would help creators to promote the service if they can offer a free subscription. One of the other good things about Substack is the discoverability, have you any ideas how you could help creators be found?
