yes I know that is what is implied/said about the grand and distant future of Bitcoin. “We are so early”. I am saying it’s interesting and disappointing that the Human Rights Foundation only talks about helping poor people in developing nations. I have yet to see or hear someone discuss how Bitcoin can help America’s working poor. Basically, if you are a #pleb who is #hodl ing and #stackingsats then that just means that you are most likely middle class. mayyybe upper class. Not if you’re in the oligarch class, or the working poor class.

Falling prices of essentials in Bitcoin terms could benefit the poor working class by increasing their purchasing power, preserving savings against inflation, and enabling low-cost micro-savings. However, volatility, limited merchant acceptance, and barriers like tech literacy or taxes limit immediate benefits. For maximum impact, workers would need to hold Bitcoin long-term, use it strategically (e.g., for remittances), and navigate risks with education.
