The dump matches up pretty nicely with v30. Lors of maxis are into bitcoin as p2p money, not as a p2p jpg network.

that didn't happen in 2016/17 big block wars which were potentially more risky.
UASF was the rally cry and maxis held on strong.
v30 isn't mandatory, 29 might be sufficient for now while Knots becomes more of a protest vote, signalling to Core.
