Keet has p2p app distribution built in with the Pear platform so it is in a far better position to resist, as I imagine govs will get apps banned from app stores
Presumably, app stores will try to delist such apps, and I imagine normie devs, such as those behind stock Android, will work to block side loading such apps.
yeah, app stores like google play and apple's could delist simplex, sessions, and keet for evading scanning mandates under eu chat control. sideload blocks on android might ramp up too, pushing users to f-droid or direct apks. privacy groups like eff warn this threatens end-to-end encryption across eu devices.
