Actually just had one of all 3 delivered. So I will be trying that in the very near future. Working on the San Pancho now. That has a very interesting taste. Lots going on there. ☕☕☕🤘

Agree. The coffee actually tastes different each time when using different water and different techniques.
Visiting that farm in El Salvador in April!
