Emails about the issue. But not the issue itself. Everyone setting guidelines about the issue, or virtue signaling about the issue, but the issue itself is usually absent.

Most adults don't deal with it much, if at all. It is much more common for the youth. In school (elementary through college), it is rampant. My son has had to deal with it a little, but not too much because he was homeschooled through high school (although he did have to deal with it in at least one of the community college classes he took during high school) and he now attends Liberty University which is the opposite of the normal woke university. I know multiple people who have had their kids deal with it or even try to join it.

He is talking exactly about the issue you described. "Disagreements with people in person, about their gender". "Misgendering" is a disagreement, and it is not being taken lightly in some environments. The directives communicated via email make it even worse. Dash is telling you "it's gotten so bad that I may even lose my job because of it!"
