Asked how much time he is willing to give diplomacy, Trump replied: “Not much. Either this moves quickly, or it won’t happen at all.” Trump added that mediators had urged him to give negotiations a chance, saying, “Everyone involved in the talks with Iran has asked me, ‘Don’t shoot,’” and expressed his belief that Tehran wants to reach an agreement.
