Yeah Nostr doesn't seem to use hashtag browsing as much as (say) Mastodon... I can see its weaknesses vs "user following", but at the same time I think it's incredibly important for user / content discovery. Having targeted lists of interests is a great way to surface stuff on the network that's interesting to you. I'd take that over some black box "for you" tab any day of the week. 😁
