Well sure, a "smart guy" who 100% doesn't deserve to see the inside of a jail cell.... I guess what I'm wondering is, is that the same for all the other MD's and PhD's that, apparently, are incarcerated at such a density that they can actually form a "friend group" in the joint? Do we really have that many "evil geniuses" in our society, or is this yet another indictment of the American Carceral State that so many people of this intellectual caliber are locked up?
