there is 20 years of RSS infrastructure that just works. Nostr can bring valuable improvements. We are extending a hand here. please accept it in the same spirit.

RSS is fine, and it's not going away. Adding nostr pubkey links to RSS as a podcasting 2.0 extension is the way to go. @arkinox has done some work on this which you can read here:

Totally agree with the spirit.. don't burn what is not broken .. rss did exactly what nostr is trying to do ..though not as good a technology solution as nostr is ..but how does that matter .. I mean , we are not going to stop using email just because we have nostr .. Reinventing email and rss on nostr is a noble idea .. but it is not the same basket as Facebook , Instagram or X ..
