If you are paying consequences for the words you are using then you are not free to speak. It's really not a hard concept. I can tell you're a bit mind raped. But if you have to pay a toll to use a road then that road isn't free to use. If someone is forcing you to pay consequences they have authority over you. This really isn't hard stuff.
