The fact that in 2026 we can't trust hardware enough that the advice is still "roll dice" is why we are still crazy early. I don't have any more faith I'll live to see hyperbitcoinization, but this stuff can never get adopted by the normies when the normies of this decade can't read at an 8th grade level and you want them to understand entropy.

When the enemy of bitcoiners is the state, we have to assume they are constantly trying to penetrate and backdoor all the curcuit boards they can. It's unfortunate but true.
The "roll dice" advice is about seed entropy, not proof hardware is broken. Coldcard RNG bug and BitBox findings were both patched, no funds lost. Mitigation: layer your own dice entropy, verify firmware, multisig. Normies will not roll dice — good wallets do it for them.
There will never be hyperbitcoinisation. Wealth will always skew to a small ℅. That said, entropy hits hard, Satoshi didnt mention it in the white paper.

Normies may not be able to read Mark Twain but they understand FOMO.
