The fourth dimension is considered "sci-fi". Interstellar and Arrival are about the fourth dimension. The fourth dimension is considered a scientific concept. But I don't think it is.
When understood, the fourth dimension is a miracle. Each subsequent dimension is a miracle for the other. I believe a higher dimension starts with death.
This isn't scientific anymore it's divine. The fourth dimension is how the sci-fi guys goes metaphysical.

It might be possible that everything is caused by a miracle but not everything is a miracle.
Not sure
The way I use miracle is to describe something that allows something to be. The life in the third dimension couldn't persist without a fourth dimension to assist. This assistance is the particular miracle I'm trying to point at. If you as a third dimension résidant would perceive this assistance, you would call it a miracle.
I like to think that the 4th dimension to us would be like a bacteria trying to comprehend the 3rd dimension when they essentially exist in 2d.
We wouldn't even know if we're in a petri dish equivalent or a living on a spec of dust they probably don't take any notice of us.
There's probably an infinite number of 3d universes inside the 4th dimension just like we got an infinite number of surfaces for bacteria to live on.
Oh an arrival was goated too.
Love the concept of understanding the heptapods language allows you to understand time is circular etc.
Another one if the good ones in the last 10 years.
You going down. The rabbit hole eh?
So you liked it?
Yes. Just not quite as good as interstellar who went deeper into the fourth dimension imo. There's something about the fourth dimension communicating with the third one by means of miracles that truly got me.
Did she make the right decision?
I've been recommended movies after saying I was mind blown by interstellar. Still have Tenet to watch.
This comment is the first I've seen that makes me curious enough to want to watch Interstellar. Everything else I've seen or heard has felt like a massive downer. So thanks, maybe I'll give it a shot.
I don't really think she had a choice. She felt like she did but if she was always going to say yes then is saying yes really a choice?
But to truly answer the question, yes she did.
Same, I always thought interstellar was just a space ship movie with time going faster in other places.
It's unfortunate tho, because going into this movie with ZERO IDEA it would end up being a metaphysical movie is in part what made my experience with it so great. Man I was caught off guard. Completely off guard. Reading me will lead you to watch it but will also make it so you won't be caught as naked as I was going into it 😂 but still worth the watch 1000%
Well, if I see it knowing a little from you I guess it's better than the alternative, which would be never seeing it lol
im curious what else has been recommended to you?
Just Tenet and Arrival. I'd be open to more suggestions
