Just kidding, but I don't think this is super bad. The worst part is the money you lost on LND, you don't owe anyone anything.

The money isn't lost yet. (Announce you don't have a watchtower up for revocation secrets on the internet isn't a great call) If everyone just closes the channels with you, you get those sats back to your on-chain address. Minus fees, still seems okay.
