I 100% agree. I wasn't saying we all need to do KYC or anything like that. I'm all for nonKYC and good opsec I was just wondering if anyone has ever been arrested with the only evidence against them was chain analysis.

If they can trace you down and catch you with a device that holds keys to illegal funds yes… they don’t need the kyc for that… has something like that happened yet… I’m not exactly sure if that…
I think I found one that kinda fits what I was asking. Roman Sterlingov of Bitcoin Fog. The primary piece of evidence used against him was chain analysis.
