So you know about those apps that have been around for years to inspect apps & have collected research from submitted reports that throughout the updates they confirmed what is spyware a tracker right? Why do you think it's compliance to put those things in the app if it's not spyware?

They can try. This is not my first rodeo. I know how to block Google own's shenanigans. You can put a DNS proxy to check if you want. The app won't call the tracking urls you think exists.
