Does it say it's synchronized at the top? This is the txid decae33f4cd89940640fd62ec08fa9dc8daabb36b9e2b76e8f877ef4f58f0b4e, if it didn't work remove the cache or resync

It has to be synced. It might take a while at the beginning.
It's because Monero wallet needs to sync with blockchain to check every receiving transactions
