Can I get some clarification? Are Ryan selkis and nic Carter good for Bitcoin? Is Saylor? Only people like @Gigi ,the gold standard, are good? @ODELL @Lyn Alden @Jeff Booth @preston @DETERMINISTIC OPTIMISM 🌞 @UNCLE ROCKSTAR @Marty Bent @HODL
Nic and udi absolutely hate saylor. Are they really just all scammers? I’m about to go live in the woods with @Erik Cason
I quit drinking and posted about it for a few days and on day 15 I drank. I felt ridiculously weak, ashamed and undisciplined. I then thought, dude relax one day at a time. I started again the next day and haven’t looked back. I don’t like dwelling on days etc. I just like feeling good each day. I’ve started new projects and am working dawn to dusk. I’m thankful for every day.
Day 6 and 7 alcohol free and thankful. No exercise I’ve been knocked on my butt by a cold or flu.
Day 5 feeling good!💪🏻
I feel like @jack or the like goes to Elon “ can you believe how serendipitous it is that Bitcoin and nostr came along when it did “ what a time to be alive, let’s get to work!
Elon be like:

Day 4 free from alcohol. Bitcoin and I are pumping. I’m not able to upload a video or picture. Not sure why
Sober journey day 3. Irritable and haven’t slept great but doing well. Went to a family function last night and had to turned down drinks 4 times. No problem and very empowering. Got some quizzical looks🙂 Back out to Bay Hill this morning helping set up for tournament week. I haven’t done any pushups or squats today. I’m pretty sore 😆 I guess I better pace myself.

Great day helping get the Bay Hill Club ready to host the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Back at it tomorrow. I believe the preparation starts in December for tournament week which is the second week in March.👀

Alcohol free day 2.
3 sets 10 pushups
2 sets 50 squats
3 sets of battle ropes
Heading out this morning to raise money for my son’s high school golf team by helping set up at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Y’all were so encouraging I decided I can’t skip my steps today. Now steak for dinner and going to see Dune ✌🏻
A simple mind set change is everything. First night no alcohol.

I’ve been struggling with alcohol since my early 40s. I’m now 47 and I’m exhausted and fed up. I’ve got an incredible wife and kids that I love dearly. Day 1 of my journey to be better. Hopefully this will keep me accountable
