Why is this happening?

Trying to do some anonymous zapping at some plebs and I find @Damus does any longer play nice with @OpenSecret. Why would this be? It’s worked amazingly well in the past. Bummer.

I follow too many people who boost the same thing that I already saw from the original poster who I also follow. I wonder is there a way to hide such a thing from my feed?
