Still loving this decision and I’d recommend it to anybody. I decided to stop letting algorithms influence my day and removed any and all social media apps with an algorithm, which ended up being all of them but Damus. Screen time down 50%. Spending more time in the gym. Feeling less distracted as well as feeling calmer as a whole.
