I got this Aang for my birthday this year but I can't for the life of me figure out what you're supposed to do with his air-whooshy thing. There were no pictures of him using it on the packaging and I've tried searching and let me tell you, there are a lot of #Aang toys out there. Okay I got a lot of kind of complicated sorting conditions and prioritizing worked out on the search last night and it's working just how I want it to now, but it still needs that styling I was talking about earlier. So now when you search it'll show any matching recipes at the top of the results as you type, then under that it shows any recipes that contain an ingredient that matches what you're typing (and indicates that's why it's matching) and finally, under the ingredient matches it shows any matching categories like Soup or Seafood or Comfort Food or Spicy (I made a bunch) so you can filter on those, too. There's a good chance (as usual) that I don't know what I'm talking about and it's almost certainly easier said than done, but a thought about filtering out all the #AI just occurred to me: Couldn't we just make our repos invite-only, and then only invite humans? Some kind of curated contact list maybe so projects could still be #OpenSource for verified humans, but then only offered to the people on the list. #WebDev #WebDevelopment #programming #git

Got the images on the index page optimized down from however many megabytes the images are that come out of my wife's iPhone to double-digit kilobytes and implemented lazy loading with Cloudinary and they still look great 🤘🏻 I haven't actually counted, but she has maybe ~200 recipes total and I was considering adding pagination but I think this will suffice really for the life of the site. Got the Like buttons disabled if you're not logged in, and added a little tooltip on hover. Also made it so clicking on a disabled Like button takes you to the Login page, then redirects you back to the recipe you were just trying to Like once you're logged in and automatically Likes said Like ♥️🤘🏻 #WebDev #WebDevelopment #HTML #CSS #JavaScript

I have my next few games planned out and I'm allowing myself to take my time with them. I signed up for gamepass when it first came out and it was great for a while but I found myself playing (and abruptly stopping playing) games in the order that someone wanted me to play (and stop playing) them in. And now that I got that out of my system I'm back to just playing the games that I want to play, I have the next few mapped out. I was waiting for #Stalker2 for a long time and I'm finishing up my first playthrough now and I can't say enough about it, it's so incredible. It's just an amazing example of #videogames imo, I haven't enjoyed just getting caught up in a game this much in a long time and I probably will end up running through it again. Anyway, up next is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 because I do love a good #RPG and some people are saying it's pretty good. And by some I mean everyone. Then it's Indiana Jones and the Great Circle because I am also an Indiana Jones fan and this game looks pretty good After that I just bought #Avowed on #PS5. Been waiting a while for this one, too, but I'm going to wait a little longer to actually play it because I have to space out the RPG's 😄 And speaking of RPG's, I recently started a couch co-op run of Baldur's Gate 3 with my youngest daughter and it's been so fun playing with her so far! She's busily finishing her bachelor's degree right now and only comes home periodically to eat yummy food and take naps. We spent probably an hour in the character creator 🤘🏻😍 She knows literally nothing about this game but said she likes bashing stuff and I said, well, a barbarian is pretty good at that or a paladin or even a fighter. She made a Tiefling barbarian that looks cool as hell and I made a Half-orc monk. We've been playing split screen and I've more or less just been following her lead. She's been controlling (skipping) most of the dialog, deciding who comes and goes in our party and controlling the combat of the entire party excepty character. And she's GOOD AT IT!!!! 😄 It's always been fun playing games with her because she gets it, she's checking out everyone's ability wheel and seeing what they can do, and then raining fire 🔥 on our enemies haha. She runs in with the tanks and indeed starts bashing stuff, and is using the ranged/magic/other characters perfectly and it's awesome 😄 All I have to do is run in and punch stuff. And she told Astarion to piss off on first contact which I thought was hilarious 😂 She was like "No! Get out of here! You're weird!". Didn't trust that guy. And then we found him again a few minutes later and he was like walking down the path all dejected and she walked up and made friends with him again so he's in our camp after all.

I was going to work on the website last night but then I started watching Die Hard 2 instead and went to bed
