Why does @primal use these trackers?

Can someone explain to me why companies choose Discord as their community forum? It’s one of the worst and most confusing forum platforms I know. And they don’t take data privacy seriously at all. Above all, I don’t understand why companies like @Maple , which prioritize data privacy, use Discord.

@Fountain App just deleted all my data which marked my already played episodes. Anyone experienced this too?

Does anyone know where Max Hillebrand has gone? He seems to have disappeared. What happened?
