i'm using coinos.io wallet on @primal via @Nostr Wallet Connect i see a status discrepancy for outgoing zaps: primal app (android) = PENDING coinos.io = SENT i've disconnected/reconnected wallet, but discrepancy persists. and troubleshooting advice appreciated! cc: @Adam Soltys
