When kids argue over a toy, you take it away. The same strategy goes for control over money. #Bitcoin #EndTheFed

I had a great time at the recent @Adopting Bitcoin conference in El Salvador talking with @LukeMikic21 about the growing importance of #bitcoin as global money. I also want to thank the team @Bitcoin News for hosting us and producing this high quality video of our conversation. I appreciate your excellent work!

Sometimes the most surprising thing is the arrival of inevitability. Congratulations to all the Hodlers who were "lucky" to buy #bitcoin under $100k. image

With Bitcoin's price starting to run, the objection you hear from family and friends this Thanksgiving may not be what you're used to. Instead of "it's a Ponzi", "the government will ban it", or "it's boiling the oceans", you might hear: "I would buy some, but I'm too late." image Helping loved ones understand how early we still are is an important hurdle for you to help them overcome. Below are 5 questions you can ask to help them gain perspective. 1. Apple sold their 5 millionth iPhone in 2008. If you had bought Apple stock then, would you have missed it? image 2. In 1958, McDonalds opened their 80th location. Was the person who bought that franchise too late? image 3. If you open Party Size bag of M&Ms and eat one, would the bag be empty? image 4. If you attended a wedding reception for 1,000 guests, and you were the second person to arrive, would you feel like you were late? image 5. If you go to see a football game, and you make it to your seat 7 seconds into the game, would you feel like you had missed out on the action? image What do these random examples have to do with being early or late to Bitcoin? They all represent the same point in their cycles as Bitcoin is in its monetization cycle. The potential for growth isn't based on what has happened. It's based on what is still possible. image Bitcoin is competing in the market for storing value, a $900T market globally. Even at its current all time high market cap of just under $2T, Bitcoin has only captured 0.2% of the market, representing 1/500th of its potential. (h/t Croesus - https://www.onceinaspecies.com) image Just like the iPhone in 2008. Just like McDonalds in 1958. Just like eating that first M&M from a freshly opened bag. image You are at the party before most people have even left home. The game has barely kicked off, and you're not too late. But if you want to win, you have to play. Let me show you how to get started. image

If governments and banks printing money stimulates the economy and creates growth, shouldn’t everyone also be printing money at home to accelerate society’s progress toward universal wealth? Money is not wealth any more than IOUs are wealth. Inflation is just legalized theft. image

Have you orange pilled your barber or stylist yet? If not, here's why you should: 1. They are connectors who talk to every type of person in every industry and community group. 2. They have a high trust relationship with their clients. 3. They have a consistent and interruption free environment to talk with their clients in. If you get your barber/stylist to accept #Bitcoin payments, I will send you a free Bitcoin logo cape to give them as a thank you to help them in their orange pilling efforts (proof of work below). Thank you to @Born To Be Free and others who have already sent my pics of their capes! image And if you have already convinced your barber/stylist to accept bitcoin, send me your proof of work and I'll send you a free cape right away (those outside the US will need to cover shipping). If you want to learn more about how barbers/stylists can be a force multiplier for Bitcoin adoption, check out the article I wrote for @Bitcoin Magazine. Also available as a Bitcoin Audible episode (h/t @Guy Swann!) on @Fountain.

Thinking you have freedom of speech on a centralized platform someone else controls is like a child thinking they are driving the car when mom gives them a plastic steering wheel. You are not free when someone lets you. You are free when no one can stop you. #nostr image

There is no red. There is no blue. There are lies. And there is truth. Politicians on all sides seem to struggle with truth, but why? For example, why would Vice President Harris say she's been to the border? image Why would President Trump claim he didn't pressure Georgia's Secretary of State to "find 11,780 votes"? image Why would President Biden hide the existence of Hunter's laptop? image Why would President Obama mislead us about how the Affordable Care Act would work? image Why would President Bush tell us there were WMDs in Iraq when he knew there weren't any? image Even going back to what now seem like the quaint days of President Clinton: Why would he say he didn't inhale, or that he didn't have sexual relation with 'that woman'? image The answer is simple. It is because people, even presidents, don't follow laws. They follow incentives. Don't believe me? Think about what happens when you're running a few minutes late for work or are trying to catch a flight. image And the biggest incentive that exists is the ability to have your finger on 'the button'. No, not the button to our nuclear arsenal… image The button that controls the most powerful tool in human history. The button to the money printer. image Money is a proxy for human time. The ability to control money is the ability to control time, and thereby control the future of every person who uses that money. My future. Your future. Your family's future. image Mayer Rothschild famously said… "Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes the laws." Bitcoiners today are turning that phrase and saying… "Until no one can control our nation's money it will not matter who writes our laws." image If we want to live in a world where we are in control of your future, we have to focus our energy on regaining control of our time, which requires we regain control of our money. image Who you vote for this November doesn't matter as much as what you vote for. As we approach election day, don't be distracted by the bread and circuses on either side. Focus instead on protecting your time, your energy, and your future. Forget red. Forget blue. Vote for time. Vote for truth. Vote #Bitcoin. image

The 1st Amendment is a cornerstone of democratic freedom. The 2nd Amendment empowers us to defend that freedom by enabling us to direct large quantities of energy to protect the ability to use your voice to speak your truth. Bitcoin is the 2nd amendment for your wealth. image Your body - and by extension your speech - is your most fundamental property. Like all property, it is only yours to the extent you can defend it. This requires power, and power requires energy. This is why the 2nd Amendment is crucial in the defense of free speech. image Money is the most powerful form of speech. Why? Because money requires more energy to produce than words. We have many phrases and idioms in English that embody this idea, like talk is cheap. image Put your money where your mouth is. Actions speak louder than words. image Money talks. Bullshit walks. Don't write checks with your mouth, you can't cash with your ass. image Think about this in the context of courtship. A drunk man apporaches a woman in a bar and says 'Will you marry me?'. Will she say yes? Probably not. Why? Because very little energy is required to produce those words. image A different man spends months dating the woman and treating her with respect. He saves for a beautiful ring and proposes in a place and manner that shows he understands her. Will she say yes now? More likely. Why? The significant energy behind the words gives them more value. image Because government and central banks control our money, they have the power to instantly and arbitrarily take whatever portion of your hard earned wealth - your life force - whenever they want. image The ability of governments to steal your wealth through inflation means you can't protect your future because you are unable to effectively defend it. Bitcoin removes this control from governments, and it gives you back the power to protect your wealth and future. image Bitcoin is secured by the most powerful energy network in human history. It enables anyone to break the chains of economic slavery and makes everyone the master of their own financial destiny, no matter where they live. image Bitcoin allows you and every other person on Earth to preserve, protect, and defend your most powerful form of speech...your money. And since Bitcoin is ultimately just text (letter and numbers), it is also protected by the 1st Amendment. Defend your freedoms. Study Bitcoin. image

Helping people you care about navigate a bull market can be as hard (or harder) than it is in a bear market. If you are lucky enough to still have her in your life, start with the woman who is literally the reason you are alive to watch #Bitcoin change the world.

Are you wondering why the price of #Bitcoin is rising so quickly? Bitcoiners are incredibly generous with their time if you are genuinely curious. If you want to understand, ask. If you already understand, teach.

It keeps getting earlier in Moscow...weird. Also, in this year in monetary history, the original "great depression" began, leading to the Coinage Act of 1873 that put the United States on a de facto gold standard. image
