Are there jobs in the crypto world for folks who are not software engineers? I envision someone who works with small local businesses to get them set up to accept bitcoin.
Anyone know if there is anything like this out there?

Only bitcoin enthusiasts here? Any outdoor folks?
8 days left? I thought I’d share a little more about my crypto experience. I mentioned in a previous post being saddened that the utility of btc seems to be sidelined by the prospect of people and company’s making money. It makes it hard to convince lay people when they say “what is it even for?”. In 2017 I was inspired because I was on the boarder of Venezuela and Colombia and I saw so much BTC support. Cafes, trucks plastered with it, and other services all promoting bitcoin. It was a tool used to save Venezuelans from an untrustworthy government that was devaluing its own currency. The best move was to use btc and then change it to whatever currency they needed when they finished their journey. Looking back I should have written an article about it or something and I wonder if this is still the case down there. Anyone from Colombia or Venezuela know if this is still semi common?
I am still here! I originally got into BTC back in 2014 when I sold my longboard for bitcoin on some forum I don’t remember. I thought the tech was so cool and naturally I spent my BTC on beer and pizza (local pizza place accepted btc). I went off the grid for a bit and when I heard btc was getting more mainstream I was saddened to see it was dominated by fintech investor bros. I was not interested. I know people who cared about the tech have always been around but this has been the first time since 2014 that I have found folks who seem to be interested in the philosophy of BTC rather than just making money. It’s nice.
