Interacting with old friends makes me realize how much I've changed because of bitcoin.

For the longest time I didn't see how the world of using sats for each transaction/text on social media could be incentivised. I wanted to believe this world could happen because I believe people won't say near the dumbass shit they do if there was some sort of risk to first saying it. I think this is how real life convos work, there is an initial investment of energy made before anything that's said, and that makes a lot of things not worth saying. But now with infinitely generated AI bots I see how the world of using sats in each transaction will come about and Bitcoin ends up tethering the internet to the laws of thermodynamics (POW) because of this.

AI has made yet another level down the rabbit hole appear that we didn't know was there with bitcoin being the single source of truth among infinite generated lies.

I've never had any issues transfering money to buy bitcoin despite all these "crypto" banks being attacked. And I've only seen very rare cases of plebs reporting that they can't buy and it's usually a problem with their specific account.

So Signal has paired myself and another maxi together by showing me his stories, when I dont have his number in my contacts and he doesnt have mine either. I've never been to any meet up where I'd given out my phone # to any bitcoiners, never used signal beyond family and close friends. My phone number has been associated with my twitter only and that's it. Thoughts? 🤔 I've also had Signal show me stories of other people I don't know and don't have their contact.

Honestly a supply halvening every 4 yrs sounds like a horrible monitary policy to have civilization on 😂. It sounds like a great thing to encourage adoption but as a reserve currency that all of society is built on? Also realizing bitcoin can't be compared to the gold era cause gold never had these extreme regularly programmed supply decreases in it. It's an entirely new thing.

If you have kyc and non kyc sats, is there a way to store those on the same hardware wallet?

For me Bitcoin is really the self hosted movement. I don't see how we get around everyone not running a server at home. Homes in the future will be built with a server built straight into them, as our furnaces and AC are now.
