While I think the AI/UBI conversation is needed, I do think it’s a bit overhyped. I’m constantly impressed at the capabilities and also the deficiencies of these tools. I also remember Andrew Yang campaigning ~2019 that UBI was needed because all truckers were going to be imminently replaced by self-driving trucks.
