These tweets from GameStop CEO in 2022 are pretty spot on. I'm always slightly saddened whenever people are radicalized and thinking the left or the right is "the problem". It's the rich and powerful who create a narrative that fits their agenda, then convince a large herd that they're the true disciples.
They divide us so they can stay in power. They make us spend our time trying to fight each other instead of waking up to realize that the real problem is powerful people who retain their richness for nothing but further self-enrichment. And all the while, they get to sneak in more and more and more surveillance and other forms of totalitarianism. Then the real fools will subscribe to some form of totalitarianism. Be it ultra conservative fascism or ultra woke fascism. It's gone out of fashion to let others be themselves and just live with it. Instead, we're in a period of history characterized by pointing our fingers at other plebs we seemingly disagree with, and blame them for everything bad that happens to us and those we have been duped to associate with.
