Heceta Head #lighthouse #Oregon #grownostr This lighthouse is a clone of the Umpqua River LH. Which is in my last post. Except it is unique in that it's 1st order fresnel lens was made in England, not France as most are. It's the brightest and has a tint of yellow from sulphur in the glass.

The first order fresnel lens at the Umpqua #lighthouse truly is a work of #art. I've passed many lighthouses and been inside emptied ones but the upclose of this one is special. The bulb inside (used to be multi wick kerosene lamps) really doesn't seem that bright. Seems like the lens is doing most of the work. This one can be seen 21 miles out.

Question for someone who has been to a #bitcoin #bitcoinconference : How hard is it to get seating on a stage with a popular speaker? Is there standing room? How early would you need to arrive to see someone like Saylor or Trump's kids??
