Started using menstrual cup after a few months of break cause I was having trouble with adjustments. What a relief to be able to use again! Especially considering the heat. What a fucking blessing 😇

It was exhaustingly hot all day. I almost had an excuse for not going to my daily #walkstr this afternoon, but I somehow pulled through. To make it bearable I called a friend on the phone and stayed with her the whole time. She was also in a bad mood and skipped her lunch. But as I was with her, talking, she made herself a meal and ate it. And with each other's company, we started easing through our life again. What a blessing to have a friend. #gratefulchain

OMG I was so done with one of my follows who posts so much stuff that I suffocate with his notes and boosts EVERY TIME I enter this space. Literally like the first fifteen posts are his, no matter how much you refresh. It's crazy! I have had to manually go to the profiles of the people to interact with them. I've just unfollowed him, restarted the app and goddd the first five posts are from FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE! 😭💓 Don’t know why it took me so long to unfollow that crzay son of a gun but it feels greattttt! 💓💓
