I suffer from crazy migraines and random panic attacks, but never at the same time. In fact, today was a migraine day until about 20 minutes ago when my heart rate jumped out of nowhere, and guess what? No more migraine symptoms. Ive never gotten a clear diagnosis or reason why, as most docs claim its happenstance, but I can always count on the fact that if one is coming on, the other wont follow.
