We started another business where we are doing conference audio recordings. Somehow we got connected with a large Christian group to do their conference over the next week. Over 100 families at $50 each. Expected to pay for all the startup equipment and more. Best part is, we own the rights and can continue to sell even after the conference. Market it as pre order now for discounted price, after conference it goes up to $80. It doesn't take a lot to get out of the 9-5 grind for $15/h. Find a hole and go fill it. #plebchain #nostr

GM 🌄 In addition to discovering letterboxing during the social break, the reposition of my business to be primarily marketing focused has been a hit. I'm just a few contacts away from hitting my salary as a developer, in which I will quit that job to expand my business further. The break was good for some clarity.

I created a geocache trackable where people can scan a qr code to go to my website, add their find log, see how far the trackable has gone in it's lifetime, and logs left by past discoverers. It's different from the typical trackable cause I control the db and site and can rinse and reset if it gets lost. I was explaining poetry to my oldest tonight and shared one with him after some prep on how to appreciate structure, "show not tell", etc. He has now been ugly crying for the last hour and a half. I think I broke him.
