I suffer from crazy migraines and random panic attacks, but never at the same time. In fact, today was a migraine day until about 20 minutes ago when my heart rate jumped out of nowhere, and guess what? No more migraine symptoms. Ive never gotten a clear diagnosis or reason why, as most docs claim its happenstance, but I can always count on the fact that if one is coming on, the other wont follow. Our oldest daughter (10ish) has been slowly trying to grapple with how babies are made.
