However I wouldn’t have found out about this #deprescribing movement in #medicine for becoming more #healthier. WRONG! @LeaderMcCarthy #looses the #DebtCeiling debate! @SpeakerMcCarthy was supposed to pass a clean #DebtLimitIncrease without any cuts to the #Obligations that the last house #117thCongress made! You & the @GOP wasted 83 legislative days for nothing! Passing the #DebtCeiling is #ProForma since 1939 until @newtgingrich started lying trying cut prior authorized budgets with out any reason! Stop this insane cycle! Pass a law that says whatever #budgets that congress has created it should be carried out without any changes from the new members of the next congress. The #Republican #Montana #LawBreakers are #denying #1stAmendment, #14thAmendment and #Title45 aka Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (#HIPAA) to transgender youth who rely on gender affirming care for their own sanity and to fight their own Body Dysmorphia! These youth are being subjected to forced dysmorphia and suicidal depression by the Montana Republicans who don’t know anything about health care! The #RightWing have no place in regulation of health care decisions for anyone! Zooey is right that the Republicans of Montana has #blood on their hands for passing such regressive laws! No I haven’t been stacking #Bitcoin either because I’m living from hand to mouth. I still advocate for #BTC yet I haven’t stacked in so long! Damn that’s embarrassing to say that, but it’s true. However I rather prefer a Circular economy vs the Apathetic Austrian Austerity Economics. We live on a finite planet, you’d think all those #Bitcoiners would realize just like the 21 million finite limit of #Bitcoin we only have limited resources to go around to only so many people. The Austrian way of total sovereignty by having absolute freedom and absolute individuality bust the finite limits of our planet! Then think about the disparities in wealth from different classes of people all across the world. Is it fair that a privileged person who is able to live a libertarian lifestyle accumulating and hoarding all the wealth & resources when a person of lesser privilege or no privilege cannot do the same? I think not! There has to be some understanding for all types of people from all classes to really say what is the right economic system for all. That is why I still believe in socialism. Socialism in communities and not libertarianism of individuality where everyone fights for their own. Like do I really need my own of everything when in communities we can share? Seems like a waste to have my own jackhammer so I can develop something on “my” land. For crying out loud, we only need to be somewhat comfortable not absolutely unnecessary luxurious comfortable! What about nature? Are we that egotistical as the most consuming species of all time that we have overridden nature to a point that we have killed off 66% of biodiversity around the world? Then all you oil, gas and natural minerals barons depleting all the fossil fuels and natural landscapes for strip mining, there are better ways of living than rapping and plumaging the earth! Come on! Get with the program already! Don’t you see an escalation of all the natural weather phenomena? That is proof that Global Climate Change is coming to eat you alive from all the natural disasters! It’s time to have all the fossil fuel companies and mining companies pay for all the damage and recovery by building renewable energy production! Damn right the innocent people and young people of this earth deserve reparations from all those damaging fossil fuel and mining companies! All those who still advocate for fossil fuels and mining are the biggest losers of all because they are killing us all from climate change! The 6th Mass Extinction! Now go make some positive real changes that are good for the earth in a circular economy or just croak over and die already you old bastards!

You know, I mention that I have schizoaffective disorder from the beginning so you would think that I would be compensated better because I have so much more bullshit to overcome to produce the same output as a “normal” employee. There’s no special payment accommodations for people with mental health conditions in the workforce. Yes, I have to overcome so much adversity than the person who doesn’t have any conditions affecting their work. My stress is not like a normal person’s stress. Sometimes I feel like giving up then I remember that life is NOT fair. The only way for there to be more equity considerations is for the oppressed to keep working and pushing back in the system. I never said that I was a victim so STFU! I am haresh who is trying to make my way in life!

I have loved Harry Belafonte since I first heard his song Day-O in the Beetlejuice movie when I was a kid growing up. Then later finding out about all his musical & acting achievements that he discriminately made intentional choices of what he would be a part of. His artistic star power brought him the platform to speak out for social Justice that he has fought for till the day he passed away. His placement in history with Martin Luther King Jr solidified his legacy in furthering justice around the world. I also learned how to play his Day-O (The Banana Boat Song) song on my trumpet when I was first teaching my self about 14 years ago. His prominence in Calypso music was monumental with the first album selling over a million records. Calypso was very big where I went to school at Humboldt and I am sure it still a standard there. I look up to and admire Harry with all he did and what he brought to the world community. May he rest in Power peacefully.

Today I had to turn down on making an offer on a dream home that I wanted to buy due to the many years of being disenfranchised. I have lost the grasps of many dreams in the past due to the stigma associated with mental illness. I have been advocating for mental health parity before the word influencer became ubiquitous. I never gained traction with people because people don’t like my coy charisma and how I used hashtags. That’s ok because I rather not be in the lime light…sometimes the pretentious light. I always have been an open book who’s proud of who I am with the values I believe in. If you don’t like it then you either are denying me or having scorn for me because you don’t believe in my capabilities or values. It’s ok, I’ll continue to be who I am speaking out for justice and for people that I believe that are also disenfranchised. I refuse to be apathetic! I can have new dreams to either be busted by the naysayers or my true strength will achieve what I want. That is if my health remains robust. The future remains to be tough battle with hard work and often being alone. I only have a glimmer of hope outlook in my future.

Depression depression debilitates your thinking. You think slower in your mind. Sometimes you forget things. Your concentration can be shot. Sometimes or a lot of times I think that your mind plays tricks on you. You may think that the world is some how conspiring against you. I think the mind does this to keep your ego and/or your psyche alive. You have to be smarter than your mind that is playing tricks on you. You gotta cut through the bullshit and focus on the goals you desire!
