Does anyone understand what anyone is talking about on here?

I’m listening to a podcast where Adam Mosseri, head of Instagram, is being interviewed. He denies that they listen to any conversations we have on/near our phones. Do you think this is true? It’s something I’m always genuinely curious about, because ads often seem targeted to stuff I have said out loud. Yet seems like most companies deny listening.

Haven’t read the Satoshi emails (probably won’t), but my first thought was, I wonder if satoshi okay’ed the release of them. If not, feels like a big invasion of privacy of a person who has chosen to remain anonymous. If so, then cool, I guess.

The internet is sooo boring lately. I had this idea the other day. The concept would be that two people would pick any location in the world that is accessible to both, and then just show up there at the exact same time (🤯), and then maybe even have a face to face conversation. Think that would take off? I think it would make the internet more interesting.
