Love my family above everything. Building PostOtherStuff to avoid doomscrolling on Nostr. Learning how to build a BLDC motor
I feel sick when I see everyday people, not for lack of respect, but because I see myself reflected in not trying to accomplish world changing goals, why do people live without sky high ambitions?? I was one of them for the most part of my life, I just didn't have a purpose...

I don't get why Bitcoin L1 and L2 scalability doesn't get more attention. It is a very BIG problem. I have a Lightning node, if the L1 gets 100s of millions of users or large entities, strategic reserves and so on, It would be impossible for me to open channels or make transactions. I would have to rely on custodial services, why people is not freaking out??
"The body, with its various parts, needs to function like a well-rehearsed orchestra. Every system must play its role properly, and at exactly the right time, or noise and chaos ensue. It is for this reason that routine is so necessary. The acts of life we repeat every day need to be automatized. They must be turned into stable and reliable habits, so they lose their complexity and gain predictability and simplicity.

It is for such reasons that I always ask my clinical clients first about sleep.

Anxiety and depression cannot be easliy treated if the sufferer has unpredictable daily routines.

The next thing I ask about is breakfast. I counsel my clients to eat a fat and protein-heavy breakfast as soon as possible after they awaken." - 12 Rules For Life, Jordan B. Peterson
